  • Fokussierung auf die Kunden und Beratung vor, während und nach dem Kauf - leidenschaftlich, kundenorientiert, kompetent
  • Aktiver, warengruppenĂźbergreifender Verkauf unserer Produkte, ZubehĂśrteile und der dazugehĂśrigen Services und Dienste
  • Inspiration unserer Kunden fĂźr unsere Produkte und LĂśsungen
  • Reparieren statt Wegwerfen: DurchfĂźhrung von Display-, Akku- und Kleinteilereparaturen mit originalen Ersatzteilen vieler namhafter Hersteller
  • Kompetente Beratung und DurchfĂźhrung hochwertiger Services im Bereich IT und Entertainment (z.B. TV-Kalibrierung, Softwareinstallation)
  • Ansprechperson und UnterstĂźtzung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen
  • Ansprechperson fĂźr interne und externe Partner oder Produktlieferanten zu allen Prozessen rund um Reparatur und Retoure

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel und/oder Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Kenntnisse und Interesse an Produkten und Trends der Consumer Electronics Branche (idealerweise fĂźr Smartphones und Notebooks)
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Umsetzungsstärke und eine lĂśsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit Spaß am gemeinsamen Erfolg
  • Bereitschaft, das Team auch nachmittags / abends und an Samstagen zu unterstĂźtzen
