Implementation Manager I

Major Responsibilities:

• Full E2E Accountability for International Implementations
• Coordination/Assistance with Partner/Retailer Integrations
• Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Milestone Tracking, Execution, Oversight, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities, as Required
• Operational Management of 3rd Party Processor and Retailer Relationships, as Required
• Maintenance of All Project Documentation and Artifacts
• Build and Maintain Analytical Dashboards and/or Automated Process Flows using MS Office O365 Toolsets including CoPilot and other Generative AI/LLM Technologies, as Required
• Distribution of Communications to All Stakeholders for Assigned Projects
• Support Internal Support Teams and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Resolution of Internal Trouble Tickets, as Required
• Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments, as Required
• Ensure All Milestone Updates are Timely, Accurate, and Informative
• Utilize Scheduling and Forecasting Toolsets to Reduce Escalations & Increase Throughput
• Build Rapport with Business Teams Globally to Enable Effective Communication and Collaboration
• Promote Idea Generation and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
• Track and Log Issues, Roadblocks, and Highlights to be reviewed in Search of Continuous Improvement
• Spearhead Efforts to Maintain and Regularly Update on Retailer and Partner Level Implementation Requirements
• Assist Leadership in Forecasting Regional Product Implementation Pipeline
• Act as SME in Various Areas of Business
• Identify System Updates and Configurations, as Required
• Ensure Timely & Accurate Delivery of Projects/Products
• Examine and Document Business Processes Where Relevant
• All Other Duties Assigned or Required

• 1+ years of Experience Working in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations in a Relevant Industry and/or Setting
• 1+ years in Software or Technical IT Environment
• Experience in Delivering Communications and Reports to Cross-Functional Management Teams
• Excellent Project Management Skills to Successfully Lead and Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously
• Demonstrated Ability to Successfully Act as the Liaison between External and Internal Customers while Maintaining a High-Level of Client Satisfaction
• Ability to Cope Effectively in Stressful Situations
• Ability to Grasp Intricacies of Complex Technical Subject Matter Identifying Key Tasks and Deliverables
• Ability to Plan, Think and Act Independently to make Appropriate Decisions Ensuring Accurate and Effective Project Management for Each Assignment
• Comprehension of Procedures used with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience with or Knowledge of Fintech/Payments Implementations, Transaction Processing, and/or Retail Point of Sale Integrations and Systems
• Intermediate Knowledge of MS Flow, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, MS PowerBI, and MS CoPilot
• PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum and/or Agile Certification Preferred, but Not Required
