Indra busca un/a Manager CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 para liderar proyectos de transformación digital en entornos Dynamics 365 y gestionar relaciones con grandes clientes. Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinares y asegurarás la alineación entre negocio y tecnología, impulsando mejoras en procesos comerciales y experiencia de usuario.Se valorará experiencia en módulos Sales, Customer Service, Field Service y Customer Insights, así como PMP/ITIL/Agile.#J-*****-Ljbffr
