OverviewAs the technical anchor of the Scaled Enterprise CS team, you will empower hundreds of Enterprise customers through one-to-many enablement and advanced templates. You’ll lead technical programs, host live sessions, and craft reusable assets that scale our enablement. Your work directly impacts adoption, retention, and the overall reliability of customers’ architectures. This role blends deep technical architecture with education to turn complex challenges into scalable, self-serve solutions.
