Omya Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead HR IT initiatives in Barcelona.You will drive core HRIS/HCM, payroll, talent, and workforce management projects, coordinating IT and HR stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable digital HR solutions.The role requires strong PM discipline, experience with HR processes, and the ability to align IT capabilities with business needs in a hybrid work setting.
