UiPath Developer

• Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Studio Web, and Orchestrator.
• Build, maintain, and monitor attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for repetitive, rules-based business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into modular, scalable, and maintainable automation workflows adhering to REFramework principles.
• Build reusable automation libraries, components, templates, and exception-handling mechanisms.
• Integrate automations with enterprise databases, REST/SOAP APIs, internal management systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure all code and integrations align with established cybersecurity, privacy, auditability, and governance standards.
• Perform thorough debugging, root cause analysis, code reviews, and ongoing bot maintenance to optimize reliability and efficiency.
• Author clear technical documentation, process definition documents (PDDs), and workflow architecture diagrams.

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
• Build AI-powered agents capable of multi-step task orchestration, contextual reasoning, and decision-making within governed parameters.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into automated processes, utilizing prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Configure human-in-the-loop workflows (UiPath Action Center) balancing autonomous agent action with necessary oversight.
• Process and extract data from unstructured inputs, forms, emails, and citizen communications via Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR.
• Implement responsible AI practices focused on auditability, transparency, data security, and bias mitigation.
