Identity & Access Analyst

• Provision, modify, disable, and deprovision user accounts across company systems and applications.
• Work through the IAM ticket queue, including access requests, role assignments, and permission changes.
• Maintain accurate access throughout the user lifecycle in line with company policies.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues.
• Document work and coordinate with the IAM team to resolve requests promptly.

• Hands-on experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management in an enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
• Experience working from a ticket queue in ServiceNow or a similar system.
• Ability to troubleshoot user sign-in, account, and permission issues.

Location: Remote day to day; candidates must live within driving distance of 99 North St, Pittsfield, MA, and be able to come onsite as needed Duration: Approximately six months, with an anticipated end date of April 5, 2027 Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week Client is adding a contractor to its Identity & Access Management team while its systems merger continues and team members are assigned to related projects. The client is open to both junior and more experienced candidates who can take ownership of day-to-day access requests.
