The Bicester Collection is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support across the Village, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient IT services for our teams. You will handle first and second-line support, troubleshoot devices, and support IT projects while providing guidance on new technologies.We value 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows **, Teams and AD, plus experience with Azure, Intune, SCCM, Exchange and Autopilot.#J-**-Ljbffr
