Kapturall is a fast-growing and industry-leading marketing operations agency offering a wide range of consulting services to help our clients fully leverage their Marketing technologies, optimize their demand generation processes, and achieve their business objectives.Our mission is to help Marketers be successful in combining marketing technologies and data to create meaningful relationships that generate revenue.We believe a better workplace creates a better customer experience.We’re based in Madrid and work with mid-sized and enterprise companies from all over Europe and LATAM, in different industries such as Software and Technology, Higher Education, Financial Services, Manufacturing, etc.We are seeking a Full Stack Developer LAMP with strong PHP skills and, preferably, a background in WordPress development.Ideal candidates are comfortable building and maintaining complex solutions within Azure and have experience with front end development using modern design systems like Bootstrap or Tailwind.This hybrid position is based in Madrid, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.Develop and maintain scalable LAMP stack solutions, ensuring high performance and security.Build and manage complex solutions on Azure, leveraging its services and infrastructure.Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based platforms, themes, and plugins.Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and collaborating on a codebase.Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance, security and scalability.Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop unit tests and participate in testing strategies to ensure software quality.Advanced English skills are mandatory (the interviews will be conducted entirely in English).~ Strong PHP development skills, with a focus on building maintainable and secure applications.~ Experience with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and APIs.~ Familiarity with Azure services and building scalable solutions within the platform.~ Proficiency in frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.~ Expertise with Git, including version control workflows and collaboration.~ Experience with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to software quality.~ Marketo experience is a significant plus but not required.~ Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.Be part of a multi-cultural and ambitious team that is full of energy and enjoys learning and applying cutting-edge technology Competitive salary based on responsibilities and experience + Bonus based on performance Flexible working hours Continuous training on areas ranging from digital marketing to soft skills.Regular after works and fun activities, such as escape rooms, wine testing, or simply hang out with your colleagues.
