ServiceNow Senior Developer

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration expertise . You’ll lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences , and build seamless connections between ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem., HR Solution Development

• Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events)

• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests

• Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions

• Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)

Microsoft Integration

• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Teams

• Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals

• Connect SharePoint for document management and Outlook for calendar events

• Leverage Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization

• Implement Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power BI)

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience

• 2+ years with ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Service Center

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Proven experience integrating Microsoft applications (Azure AD, Teams, Microsoft 365)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services

• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services

• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements
