Agile Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager needed to lead Agile delivery for a complex financial and accounts receivable collections project. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing stakeholders, and driving delivery within a hybrid enterprise environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master for enterprise software initiatives.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices, backlog refinement, estimation, and prioritization.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, architecture, compliance, and operations teams.
• Track delivery progress, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder updates using Azure DevOps.
• Support delivery of integration-heavy, API-driven, and data-centric systems in a regulated environment.

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with SDLC, SADLC, DevOps, and enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience supporting financial, debt management, or enterprise case management systems.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• CSM, PSM I/II, SSM, SASM, ICP-ACC, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with payment processing, debt collection, or financial servicing platforms.
• Knowledge of QA, UAT, regression testing, accessibility, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience in cloud-first environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCPS.
