SSIS Migration/ETL/SQL

Analyze, migrate, and modernize SSIS packages, ETL workflows, and dependencies to Azure/Fabric/Databricks/Synapse. Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and batch/near real-time processing. Develop migration frameworks, automation, testing, deployment, production support, and data validation/reconciliation. Build and optimize SQL Server solutions using T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures, views, and functions. Design enterprise data warehouse models including Star Schema, Snowflake, Fact/Dimension, CDC, and SCD. Support cloud-native data integration and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git. Required Skills Core: SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS Development & Migration, ETL/ELT, Data Migration, SQL Performance Tuning Data Warehouse: Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension, CDC, SCD Cloud: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, ADLS, Databricks, Spark/PySpark (experience in one or more) Reporting: SSRS, Power BI Programming: Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Preferred 7-10+ years in ETL/Data Engineering and 3+ years in SSIS. Hands-on SSIS migration to ADF, Fabric, Databricks, or Synapse. Experience estimating migration effort and resolving dependency impacts.
