Job DescriptionZero Trust Security Architect - Manager Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £65,000 - £100,000 + benefitsLevel: ManagerTravel: Ad-hoc travel to client sites as requiredWho you’ll be working with A leading global professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Zero Trust Security Architect to join its growing cybersecurity team.This is a Manager-level opportunity where you’ll work with enterprise clients to design and deliver modern Zero Trust security architectures, helping organisations move away from traditional VPN, proxy and perimeter-based security models.What you’ll be doing Designing and implementing enterprise-scale Zero Trust security architectures across users, devices, applications and data.Developing security blueprints and reference architectures aligned to Zero Trust, NIST 800-207, SASE and SSE principles.Working hands-on with technologies such as Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX and Client Connector.Designing secure access solutions using SSO, MFA

device posture and least-privilege principles.Integrating Zero Trust platforms with identity providers such as Entra ID, Okta or Ping, alongside SIEM/SOAR and endpoint security platforms.Supporting the migration of legacy VPN, proxy and firewall solutions towards modern cloud-native security models.Leading proof-of-concepts, technical validation and security architecture assessments.Providing architectural governance, threat modelling and security guidance across client projects.Working with senior stakeholders to shape Zero Trust strategies and long-term security roadmaps.Providing technical leadership and mentoring to security and networking teams.What we need 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity architecture or senior security engineering roles.Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler or similar Zero Trust/SASE technologies.Experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Client Connector, App Connectors, CASB, DLP or Cloud Firewall.Strong understanding of Zero Trust, NIST 800-207, SASE and SSE.Good knowledge of IAM, including Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta or Ping.Understanding of modern network security, including SD-WAN, DNS security and routing.Experience with endpoint security and EDR/XDR technologies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.What’s in it for you £65,000 - £100,000 salaryHybrid working from London25 days’ annual leavePrivate medical insurance3 additional days’ leave for charitable workOpportunity to work on large-scale Zero Trust and cybersecurity transformation programmesExposure to leading security technologies and enterprise environmentsSecurity Clearance: Due to the nature of the client work, you will need to be willing to undergo security clearance.
