Partner with Quantitative Researchers to build software supporting research and trading
Develop scalable Python applications and workflows
Design high-performance solutions for processing and analysing large datasets
Collaborate with engineering teams to build reusable software components
Take ownership from design through deployment and ongoing improvement
Support business-critical systems within a modern engineering environment

Requirements

4+ years of commercial Python development experience
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a similar technical discipline
Experience designing robust, scalable software
Understanding of data processing, storage, and analysis
Experience with modern software engineering practices, including Git and Agile
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with highly technical stakeholders
Desirable: experience with C++ or KDB+/q, quantitative or financial engineering, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring platforms, database technologies, and software architecture or solution design
