In this role, you will offer technical support to external and internal customers within the organisation. Specific skills required Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012/###############19 Implement and maintain database backups, index rebuild/defragment, and database statistics tasks SQL Server Installation, Upgrades, Migrations and Configuration Install database software service packs and cumulative updates as necessary Maintain database documentation as required Maintain and administer database security access Perform database Ad-hoc backups and restores Troubleshoot and resolve database connectivity issues Follow problem management processes to troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery, including working experience in Database Mirroring, Failover Cluster Instances, SQL Always on Availability Groups (AG) and WSFC Knowledge and experience in - sizing, capacity planning and benchmarking (e.g., CIS), backup, recovery and performance tuning Proactively monitor and respond to MSSQL database alerts generated by the third party Do you have the required skills? #J-18808-Ljbffr
