Implementation Manager

Job DescriptionMedical Equipment Implementation Manager Location: Remote / DerbyContract: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Medical Equipment Implementation Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple installation and implementation projects across NHS sites.Primarily, the role will be based in Derby with ability to be on-site at least once a week, but there is an expectation to help out at other sites when required.You will coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards. You will work closely with NHS clients, clinical teams, Estates departments, contractors and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple medical equipment installation and implementation projects. Develop and control project plans, deadlines, resources and budgets. Manage risks, changes and project documentation. Provide regular progress reports and stakeholder updates. Attend NHS client meetings and act as an

escalation point for implementation issues. Coordinate contractors, Estates teams and clinical end users.You will have: Proven experience managing multiple build, installation or implementation projects. Experience working with medical equipment, ideally diagnostic imaging. Knowledge of design and construction processes. Experience working with the NHS or within healthcare environments. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.Relevant practical experience is more important than formal qualifications.If you have a strong background in medical equipment installation, healthcare projects or complex implementation programmes, we would be keen to hear from you.
