Dynamics Solutions Architect

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join a growing consultancy and take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-quality Business Central solutions.This is a senior, customer-facing position suited to someone with extensive Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and a track record of leading complex ERP implementations.You’ll take ownership of the technical solution throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with customers, Project Managers, Consultants and Developers to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned with business requirements.What you’ll be doingDesigning and owning end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutionsDefining the technical approach and producing solution/technical design documentationActing as the key technical point of contact for customersLeading and providing technical guidance to project delivery teamsReviewing and signing off consultant work and overall solution qualityWorking closely with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and deliverySupporting customers throughout the full project lifecycleMentoring and developing junior consultantsEvaluating third-party products, integrations, and add-onsWhat we’re looking for8+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central3+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect or Senior ConsultantStrong manufacturing experience, ideally including 5+ years implementing or upgrading Business Central within manufacturing environmentsGood understanding of finance and wider business processesStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience leading, mentoring and supporting other consultantsExperience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, third-party products, and integrations would also be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Central professional looking to take ownership of complex solutions, influence technical direction and play a key role within a growing consultancy.Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
