Design and define complex Juniper solutions addressing customer business challenges across Enterprise LAN/WLAN, Data Centre, and AI.
Engage with partners, vendors, and end customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solution strategies.
Provide technical leadership across high-value opportunities from initial engagement through successful delivery.
Lead and coordinate internal, partner, and vendor technical resources across complex projects.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
Conduct customer and partner workshops, discovery sessions, and site visits.
Support commercial teams in developing technical proposals and solution designs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer, partner, and vendor stakeholders.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive solution adoption through technical enablement and knowledge-sharing activities.
Maintain advanced technical certifications and stay at the forefront of industry innovation and emerging technologies.
Champion best-practice architecture, governance, and delivery standards.
