IT Manager

• Lead the smooth running of all IT services across our site
• Develop and support our existing on-site IT team
• Remain hands-on with technical IT support and problem-solving when required
• Oversee bespoke factory-floor applications, including tracing and labelling functions
• Manage and secure our IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment
• Drive continuous improvement across site initiatives, systems, processes, and technology
• Balance day-to-day operational IT needs with longer-term strategic planning
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans to support business continuity
• Maintain clear records of IT challenges and resolutions
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align IT and business priorities
• Lead multiple high-impact projects and support digital transformation across our sites

• Proven track record in hands-on IT support, infrastructure, and project management
• Strong technical background in networking, including switch/router configuration and cabling
• Experience with server management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and domain management tools
• Experience leading teams and delivering digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge or qualifications in ITIL and a structured approach to IT service management
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to personal transport
• Ability to work on-site when needed

We are a leading manufacturing site in Bridge of Allan and Perth at an exciting point of growth and transformation. This is a permanent IT Manager role offering up to £50,000 depending on experience, with standard hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 and flexibility required to meet business demands and project needs.
