- Provide technical support and expert advice to fabricators, installers, end users, and internal stakeholders on the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of our products
- Visit customer sites to investigate technical issues, product concerns, installation defects, and complaints; identify root causes and recommend remedial actions
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and professionally
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training to customers and colleagues as required
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions

Requirements
- Experience within the fenestration, windows, doors, glazing, or building products industry
- Strong technical understanding of window and door manufacturing, installation practices, and product performance
- Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong report-writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused approach and commitment to high levels of service and quality
- Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer and site locations, including overnight stays as business needs require

We are recruiting a Technical Support Engineer for our windows and doors portfolio to provide technical and customer support as a key technical expert, working with colleagues across Technical, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Customer Services. The role is field based, with a base at our Eurocell Technical Centre in Somercotes, Alfreton. Hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. The salary is £32,666.40, plus a company vehicle, overnight allowance, and benefits. These include 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, healthcare, life assurance at three times annual salary, pension, employee discounts, a share save scheme, training and career development, an employee assistance programme, and a colleague referral programme.
