Our Technology & Systems Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to build your career within our Digital, Technology & Platform Services (DTPS) function. Designed for ambitious graduates, the programme combines hands-on experience, structured development, and 360° exposure across the business, helping you develop the skills and insights needed to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence. By combining practical experience, professional development, and exposure to senior stakeholders, the programme will equip you with the skills, confidence, and commercial understanding needed to build a successful career within a fast-paced, consumer-focused business. What You Can Expect Diverse Rotational Experience Over two years, you’ll complete three rotations across the function gaining exposure to our digital and technology landscape while building the technical, analytical, and business skills needed to accelerate your career. Over the course of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to experience Business Solution Implementation, Digital Transformation & Project Management across the key areas of our business, developing a strong understanding of how technology drives business performance and creates value for customers and employees. From day one, you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to real business projects, and collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to supporting your development. Learning & Development Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on-the-job experience, you’ll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities. Development areas include:

We’re seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference. You will:

• Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
• Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Information Technology or Technology Management
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
• Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
• Have an interest in data-driven decision making & problem solving
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferably hold a full, clean driving licence

Recruitment Process Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview Submit your application and participate in a short screening interview. Stage 2: Assessment Centre Join us for an engaging in-person assessment experience where you’ll:
