Identity & Access Management Manager - South East London

• Further develop and implement our IAM policies, processes, technologies, and standards
• Shape, maintain, and enhance our IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance
• Define and lead our IAM roadmap
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions
• Develop and maintain governance documentation
• Execute IAM audits
• Investigate IAM-related security events and implement corrective actions

As our Identity and Access Management Manager, you will report to the CISO and lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our IAM capability, supporting robust governance, effective controls, and secure access to information and systems. You will develop our IAM strategy, support risk and compliance activities, deliver the IAM roadmap, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen security and operational resilience. The role offers hybrid working, with occasional trips to the office.

• Extensive IAM experience, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions
• Technical skills including SQL, incident management, DataDog or similar tools, and cloud environments
• Stakeholder management experience across Technology, Risk, Audit, and Control
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required
• Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk in support of governance
• Ability to use research outcomes and insights to inform problem-solving, decision-making, and roadmap development
