Learning System Lead

Introduction At IBA, we are driven by one mission: to protect, enhance and save lives through innovative technologies.Learning is a key enabler of our growth, innovation and improvement culture.IBA has recently launched Learn2Grow , our new Learning Management System.To support this transformation, we are looking for a Learning Systems Lead to structure, govern and drive the adoption of our learning technology ecosystem.Mission As Learning Systems Lead , you will own the strategy, governance, operations and continuous improvement of IBA’s Learning Management Systems and broader digital learning ecosystem .You will ensure that Learn2Grow and related learning platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly and effectively adopted across the organization.You will bring structure to systems, data, processes and governance, while supporting the transition from project implementation to sustainable run mode.You will lead a team of approximately 6 people and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.You will also identify opportunities to further develop learning technology and implement projects, helping IBA shape the future of digital learning.Challenges we trust you with Drive adoption, user experience, and business impact of Learn2Grow and related learning platforms.Own the strategy, governance, and performance of the learning technology ecosystem.Ensure reliable operations, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement.Lead the transition to a sustainable, business-owned operating model.Develop and lead a high-performing team through change and transformation.Build strong partnerships across Learning, HRIS, Digital, Quality, academies, and the business.Convert business needs into scalable technology, process, and experience enhancements.Shape the future of digital learning through innovation and platform evolution.What we value Around 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.Proven expertise in learning systems, digital platforms, process management, or digital transformation.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, HR, and Digital functions.Experience leading change, driving adoption, and embedding sustainable operating models.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in complex, evolving environments.Experience with LMS platforms is a plus Fluent in English and French.And you also are: Customer-centric : you focus on the experience of learners, managers, administrators and stakeholders.A people leader : you can guide through transition, mobilize and develop a team.A strong stakeholder manager : you build trust, align expectations and influence across the organization.Pragmatic and solution-oriented : you balance strategic vision with operational delivery.Change-oriented : you know how to bring people along and increase adoption of new tools.Digital-minded : you are motivated by improving systems, platforms and ways of working.Compensation “The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below: Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: ***** - € The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role’s level of responsibility, required expertise, and location.The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into
