The Manager of Operations & Integration is responsible for leading the development and execution of cross-functional projects in support of International growth initiatives Your Impact
- Lead the management of International growth projects with distortions to New Franchise Partner and New Market entries. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
o Partner with internal and external partner cross-functional teams to develop, manage and ensure accurate and timely completion of all project workstreams o Collaborate with & influence internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive decision making and execution o Lead / support project related cross-functional issue resolution o Lead follow-up of key action items critical to project success o Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) activities primarily in the areas of communication and cutover execution
- Lead efforts to develop, execute and maintain scalable business processes with support functions (e.g. Production & Sourcing, Logistics/DC Operations, MP&A, Technology), within the International group and with our Franchise partners.
- Lead and support cross-brand and cross-functional teams in the realization of International projects, both start-up and scale-up.
- Deliver project status and key updates to senior leaders to gain required approvals and ensure shared understanding.
Requirements
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results with a high standard of quality
- Ability to use clear, concise communication, presentation, negotiating and influencing skills that promote understanding, learning, and problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written at all levels within the organization
- Highly developed planning and execution skills with cross-functional teams
- Fast learner & curious with an analytical / process-oriented mindset to connect dots, identify gaps and recommend actions
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to build effective relationships to collaboratively lead diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills - objective and open
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences
- Comfortable following up with stakeholders at various levels
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related experience
- Consulting experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Excel
- Understanding of Retail & Supply Chain Operations
- International operations experience is a plus

Benefits & conditions
Minimum Salary: $112,700.00 Maximum Salary: $153,720.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
