SAP HANA / Basis / S/4HANA Technical Architect

We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data, and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering, and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks. What You Will Do

• Lead HANA/Basis architecture and technical health assessments.
• Diagnose performance, stability, and capacity issues.
• Design HA/DR, backup/recovery and operational resilience approaches.
• Support ECC-to-S/4 upgrades/conversions, database migration and technical cutover.
• Coordinate infrastructure, database, security, and SAP application teams.
• Produce executive-ready technical findings and remediation roadmaps., * Work on transformation, assessment, rescue, stabilization and specialist-delivery engagements.
• Be considered for opportunities aligned to your exact SAP specialization, industry background and availability.
• Work with a practice designed around senior expertise, direct accountability and measurable client outcomes.
• Flexible engagement structures depending on the client, project and applicable requirements.

• 10+ years of SAP Basis/database/technical architecture experience.
• Strong HANA architecture and performance-engineering expertise.
• Hands-on migration, HA/DR, backup/recovery, and operational troubleshooting.
• Recent S/4HANA landscape experience.
• Ability to lead both architecture discussions and hands-on diagnosis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle-to-HANA migration.
• SAP HANA System Replication.
• RISE / SAP Cloud ERP Private and hyperscaler experience.
• Large/mission-critical manufacturing landscapes.
