FLAMASATS busca un/a Payroll & HR Controlling Specialist para asegurar la gestión íntegra de nómina, transformar datos de RRHH en información fiable y dar soporte al negocio.Reportarás a HR Manager, trabajarás con HRIS, nómina y sistemas, elaborando informes y dashboards para facilitar decisiones, controlar costes de personal y asegurar la calidad de los datos.Se valorará experiencia 3-5 años, Excel avanzado y SAP; incorporación 100% presencial en Barcelona, jornada completa y atractivos#J-*****-Ljbffr
