Job description

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking a temporary Business Improvement specialist to drive lean transformation across HR processes.You will apply lean and right-first-time principles, coach teams, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.The role requires a degree, at least two years in HR, fluent Spanish and English, and hands-on experience with SAP PHM, Workday, Office and Google Workspace.This is a dynamic, multicultural environment with development opportunities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
