Requirements

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in automotive hardware testing and lab technician roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware prototypes, utilizing strong soldering and PCBA inspection skills. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive hardware testing or lab technician roles.
  • Experience with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware prototypes.
  • Strong soldering and PCBA inspection and rework experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMM), Microscopes/Video Scopes, and soldering equipment.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Experience with PCB bring-up, debugging, and rework documentation.
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610.
  • Experience working in an ESD-safe environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 16949/IATF 16949 processes.

Education:

  • Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related automotive industry experience.

Benefits & conditions
