Job description

The Field Service Supervisor provides daily leadership, development, and operational oversight for Kelvion’s Field Service organization. The position maintains an active field presence while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of installation, commissioning, warranty, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air Fin Coolers, Dry Coolers, Plate Heat Exchangers, and related heat transfer equipment., * Lead, coach, and develop field service personnel.

  • Promote and enforce all Kelvion and customer safety requirements.
  • Coordinate technician scheduling and manpower planning.
  • Support commissioning, startup, preventive maintenance, warranty, outages, and emergency response.
  • Review service reports and quality documentation.
  • Develop technician training and certification plans.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor technicians.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Travel between customer sites to ensure work is being completed
  • Travel approximately 50%.
  • All other duties assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly supervise field personnel.
  • Assign and prioritize work.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Approve timecards, PTO, and schedules.
  • Develop succession and career development plans.

Requirements

  • Leadership and communication.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Project planning and scheduling.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SAP, M2M, and electronic reporting., * Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years industrial field service experience.
  • 3+ years leading technicians or field crews.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain Passport and TWIC.

  • First Aid / CPR
  • Vibration Analysis
  • Forklift
  • MEWP
  • Rigging / Signal Person
