BecTech is looking for an amazingly talented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide MDA

systems engineering and analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Integrate into a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
• Provide analysis, management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
• Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System’s discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
• Provide understanding of MDA Element Program efforts for Discrimination and Electronic Protection

• MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience or a BS/BA with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MS/MA degree
• Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Experience in technical countermeasure mitigation assessments, briefings and reporting
• Experience in developing and reviewing engineering requirements and CONOPS
• Development of risk analysis and mitigation efforts
• Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals
• Experience in technical system performance assessments, contingencies, and implementation planning
• Experience in conducting analysis and trade studies as well as multi-discipline and functional analysis
• Conducting multi-discipline and multi-functional technical analysis

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in STEM field
