SRE Engineer - Operations and Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact by improving the reliability and performance of our Marketing Platforms. You’ll help move us from a reactive to a proactive service model, supporting a 24/7 platform across 18 countries.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with Service and Development teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

• Execute the service transformation roadmap and drive adoption
• Improve operational processes and enable first-line support to resolve issues
• Monitor systems, define escalations, and enhance incident detection
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics are met
• Align operations with the delivery lifecycle
• Reduce incidents and improve overall service stability

Support & operations

• Manage production and pre-production environments in the cloud
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Handle problem management and maintenance activities
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

Ways of working

• Participate in a paid 24/7 on-call rotation

Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or support (ideally in corporate environments)
• Azure
• Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code
• Linux administration
• Scripting (Bash, Python, or Java)
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Kibana)
• Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
• Development basics (Java Spring Boot, Angular, APIs - REST/SOAP)
• Jira, Service Desk, Confluence
• Networking fundamentals
• Fluent in English and Spanish
