Taylor Infrastructure Cost Manager

The Taylor Infrastructure Cost Manager in Infra Innovation Ops. This team is focused on streamlining processes, controlling budgets, facilitating contracts, monitoring and analyzing expense data, working across infrastructure departments to consolidate findings and vendor compliance for the all cost process as it relates to T1 (Taylor). This role will lead the team in working together to facilitate processes and troubleshoot issues relating to Cost Management.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Demonstrate effective collaboration with T1 (Taylor) Infrastructure Departments (Facility Services, HVAC, Electric, GCS, AT, iQA, WTR) to improve team metrics
• Data collection, analysis, and collaborative improvements of T1 (Taylor) cost metrics including Invoicing TAT, On time Payment, System Utilization, rules compliance, expense control, promotion of savings and others.
• Participate and Manage TFTs activities to improve cost processes
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, manufacturing, Sister Fabs, support groups, and executives to ensure compliance to external and internal specifications and guidance.
• Lead the deployment of medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives
• Analyze and make recommendations to help improve cost control focusing on major and minor indices for each sub-department’s processes and programs
• Communicate the results of analysis, drive improvements and share with peers, managers, and executives.
• Study opportunities and drive implementation for CIP Work.
• Project management, daily/weekly/monthly metric reporting, and status updates
• Enforce rules and systems based operation to all employees while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current
• The position will require an extensive amount of time working directly with and supporting the FS team functions.
• Expectation is to have proficiency in project management, reporting, data visualization, and data-mining. .
• Hire, train, supervise, and performance manage direct employees
• Perform employee quarterly reviews of direct employees

• BS degree required - engineering, natural science or related field preferred.
• Semiconductor MFG experience required - Five + years of engineering experience preferred.
• Project management skills required; formal training preferred
• Self-motivated and strong at motivating others.
• Cost Management Background is a positive.

The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $151,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
