This role involves working within an Agile development team to implement secure and reliable software capabilities across cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated developer with strong attention to detail who can work independently and collaboratively to meet evolving customer requirements. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).Capabilities

• Shall have at least 2 years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
• Shall have demonstrated ability to work with OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs such as Hbase, Accumulo, Big Table, et cetera.
• Shall have at least one (1) year of experience developing software with high level languages such as Java, C, C++, et cetera.
• Shall have at least two (2) years of experience in software integration and software testing, to include developing and implementing test plans and test scripts., * TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 0 years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or related technical field; OR A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or related technical field in lieu of a degree
• Qualifying experience must include requirements analysis, software development, installation, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, or problem diagnosis and resolution
• Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar technical disciplines will be considered

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience working within Linux-based operating systems

Desired Technical Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible

Pay Range: $49.90 - $88.74 per hour* Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation.
