AI Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.\n
• 2-3 years of professional experience in software development, analytics, data engineering, AI, machine learning, or a related technical field.\n
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies.\n
• 2-3 years of programming experience in Python or other modern programming languages.\n
• Experience building applications, automations, or integrations using modern development frameworks and technologies.\n
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, document management, and workflow automation platforms is highly desirable.\n
• Experience working with databases, datasets, reporting platforms, or analytics solutions.\n
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or similar platforms.\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.\n

Responsibilities include training and tuning AI models, coding and testing algorithms, analyzing datasets, developing AI-enabled applications, establishing best practices, and improving data quality and standardization in partnership with IT and Master Data teams.\n \n \n \n

• Research and document business use cases where AI can positively impact Humanscale’s processes, workflows, and decision-making.\n
• Meet with stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for automation or AI-assisted workflows.\n
• Analyze and prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, user experience, and efficiency gains.\n
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions and proof-of-concepts.\n
• Build prototypes, internal tools, dashboards, and applications using AI technologies and modern development frameworks.\n
• Support initiatives involving generative AI, document understanding, intelligent search, workflow automation, virtual assistants, and chatbot experiences.\n
• Develop solutions using Python, Streamlit, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and related technologies.\n
• Evaluate and compare AI platforms, tools, and technologies to determine their applicability to business use cases.\n
• Collaborate with IT, business users, and functional leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n
• Analyze data, identify trends, and develop models that support operational improvements and business insights.\n
• Drive data cleansing, data standardization, and data governance initiatives that improve AI effectiveness.\n
• Document technical designs, business cases, recommendations, pilot results, and implementation plans.\n
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends, technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.\n
• Support responsible AI practices by considering privacy, security, governance, compliance, and ethical considerations in all solutions.\n, * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage daily correspondence, draft documents, and track basic data\n
