Training Spec/ LMS Super User

This position serves as a subject matter expert in the use, administration, and optimization of the Learning Management System for PGO technical training, progression, and continuing education programs. The role requires demonstrated proficiency using Cornerstone LMS, including the ability to configure, maintain, validate, troubleshoot, and support LMS functionality to ensure training programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements. As the LMS SME, this position partners with internal stakeholders to provide guidance, reporting, documentation, and system support that enables effective training execution and continuous improvement., * Serve as the Cornerstone LMS super user and SME. Configure, validate, troubleshoot, and QA-test the system to ensure training programs run accurately, consistently, and in compliance.

• Create, maintain, and execute a schedule of LMS configuration changes, validation, and maintenance tasks for seamless course and program delivery.
• Perform quality assurance testing on all pre and post application implementations. Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Provide LMS leadership, documentation, permissions, and guidance across training groups. Lead LMS change initiatives within the training organization and act as a liaison between PGO and other Training groups.
• Develop custom reports and analytics, including completion rates, test score trends, and participant feedback, to monitor course effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and portal pages for internal training and department customer access points. Support special programs and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to identify users’ needs, analyze and organize information, and recommend solutions.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with strong project management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Human relations skills to influence, listen, and work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Effective written and oral communication with a customer-oriented focus. Ability to work in a team environment.
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desired: Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia, and knowledge of e-learning design and development methods.
• Desired: Ability to recognize needs for new or different systems or applications and select appropriate alternatives.
• Desired: Ability to facilitate small to medium workshops and presentations and capture critical information.

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree.
• Five years of experience or equivalent job-related experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
