Data Science Senior Advisor

• Lead complex analytics projects related to pharmacy and health outcomes
• Design and conduct in-depth program evaluations and research studies
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify actionable business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives and methodologies
• Present findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timeline and deliverable adherence
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance reporting and efficiency

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field
• Strong background in healthcare claims data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytical tools such as Python and R
• Proven leadership in managing complex analytical projects
• Experience in health outcomes research and causal inference methods
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentorship experience for analysts is an asset
