PCN Data Administrator & Clinical Coder

• Reviewing and summarising patient records
• Coding clinical correspondence into SystmOne
• Managing documents and electronic tasks
• Supporting data-quality audits, QOF and shared coding workflows.

Training and support will be provided, and unclear or clinically sensitive information will be referred to an appropriate clinician or senior colleague.

• Can travel between our four network practices when required., * Has administration or record processing experience primary care, SystmOne or coding experience is desirable.
