Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications
Drive technical standards, code quality, and engineering best practices
Mentor and coach software engineers across the team
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions

Software Development

Architect and develop modern React + TypeScript front-end applications
Design and build scalable backend services using .NET 8 / .NET Core and C#
Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
Drive implementation of permanent solutions to complex business and technical challenges

Collaboration & Delivery

Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and backlog refinement activities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery objectives
