Corporate Security & Incident Response Operator

Securitas seeks a Corporate Security & Incident Response Operator to monitor security systems, assess threats, and coordinate timely response to protect client people, property, and assets. In this 24/7 operations role, you will watch cameras and alarms, validate and document incidents, and dispatch security officers or emergency services following defined playbooks. You will maintain accurate reports, support investigations, and communicate clearly with clients and field teams. Securitas provides structured training, certification support, and growth into advanced security or supervisory roles., * Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems for multiple client sites

• Assess, triage, and document security incidents in real time
• Dispatch and coordinate on-site security officers and emergency responders
• Follow incident response playbooks and escalation procedures
• Maintain detailed incident logs, reports, and evidence records
• Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and field personnel
• Conduct routine system checks and report technical issues
• Support investigations with data retrieval, timelines, and summaries
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing security, safety, and technology training
