At Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a global leader in the security industry, we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator. The GSOC serves as the nerve center for our comprehensive security services, providing 24/7 real-time monitoring, incident response, and coordination across various security platforms. This role is crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ facilities, assets, and personnel by utilizing the latest in surveillance technology and intelligence gathering., * Monitor CCTV, global access control, and alarm monitoring systems to identify and respond to incidents in real-time.

• Analyze intelligence reports, assess threats, and disseminate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of security events and incidents for review and response planning.
• Ensure all systems are functioning correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues with security hardware or software.
• Perform regular system tests and backups to ensure data integrity and system redundancy.
• Assist in the development and revision of emergency procedures and protocols.
