Infrastructure Cloud Engineer Azure / Office 365 / Intune / VDI

Lead hybrid infrastructure, cloud, VDI and modern endpoint initiatives Manage Microsoft Entra, Intune and Exchange Online Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) Support migration of VDI environments to Windows 365 Cloud PCs Ensure application, identity, network and security dependencies remain functional during migrations Design and implement Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles Collaborate with security and business teams on secure Microsoft 365 access Develop migration roadmaps, risk assessments, validation plans and rollback strategies Optimize environments for performance, resiliency, scalability and cost Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation and runbooks Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Strong enterprise experience with On-Prem Active Directory Proven Azure migration experience Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Office Apps Entra / Azure AD Conditional Access & Identity Security Hybrid identity, networking and security VDI / Windows 365 experience Experience supporting business-critical workloads with minimal downtime Strong troubleshooting, documentation and migration experience

Preferred Skills: AWS experience Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation Windows 365 Cloud PCs Cloud, Identity or VDI certifications Experience in regulated or security-focused environments, A senior-level infrastructure engineer who understands enterprise migration risks, business continuity, endpoint security and user experience and can provide both architecture guidance and hands-on execution.
