Job description

  • Installieren, Einrichten und Pflegen von IT- und Telekommunikationssystemen sowie anderen Komponenten der IT-Infrastruktur wie Anlagen-PC, mobile Hardware wie Handheld, Tablets etc.
  • Sicherstellen des störungsfreien Produktionsbetriebes und der Wartung
  • Annehmen und Bearbeiten von eingehenden Störungen und Kundenanfragen im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd Level Support
  • Ãœbernehmen der Betreuung und des Supports von Druckern, Scannern sowie mobilen Endgeräten
  • Dokumentieren von Störungslösungen sowie Pflegen und Verwalten von Asset-Daten
  • Erstellen und Pflegen systemspezifischer Betriebshandbücher

Requirements

  • Gewünschter Abschluss: Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Betriebssystemen sowie MS-Office-Produkten
  • Microsoft Zertifizierungen und/oder ITIL Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
