Job description

  • Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Windows-PCs, Server, Netzwerk, WLAN)
  • Installation, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Hard- und Software
  • Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze und Benutzer
  • Betreuung unserer Android-Tablets im Außendienst
  • UnterstĂźtzung unserer Mitarbeiter bei IT-Problemen (Remote und vor Ort)
  • Datensicherung, Updates und IT-Sicherheit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserer ERP-Software PDS (alle BĂźroarbeitsplätze sowie die Zeiterfassung der Monteure laufen Ăźber PDS)

Requirements

  • Erfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows, Netzwerke und Server
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Zuverlässigkeit
  • FĂźhrerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
