Lead Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application development., * Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java.

• Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, security, and quality are maintained.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and application deployments.

• 10+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Strong experience with Microservices and REST APIs
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and database development
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging technologies
• Experience with AWS/Azure or cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps
• Experience with JUnit/Mockito and unit testing
• Good understanding of system design and architecture
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus
