Job description
- Provide technical support and expertise for RO, NF, UF membrane systems and ion exchange resin technologies across the EMEA region.
- Partner with customers to understand their water treatment challenges and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, troubleshooting activities, and customer training programs.
- Support membrane cleaning studies, performance evaluations, data normalization, and system optimization activities.
- Assist customers during the start-up and commissioning of UF, RO, and IER installations.
- Manage pilot unit operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Support technology evaluations and customer trials, helping demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Prepare professional technical reports and recommendations for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and seminars for customers and industry audiences.
- Utilize design and modeling tools such as WAVE® and other water treatment performance software to develop technical proposals and optimize customer systems.
- Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Water Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting water treatment systems, including: Ultrafiltration (UF) Reverse Osmosis (RO/NF) Ion Exchange Resins (IER)
- Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Additional European language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% across the EMEA region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pilot testing, membrane cleaning, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with water treatment design software and modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multinational team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships and solving customer challenges.
