- Full-timeEmployment type: Full-time

- Be an early applicant, * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Servern sowie hybriden Microsoft-Umgebungen (On-Premise & Cloud)
- Betreuung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365, Azure und Exchange (Online & On-Premise)
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs inkl. Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung
- Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd/3rd Level Support
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Endpoint Security, Firewalls, Authentifizierung)
- Automatisierung von Prozessen und Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten (Cloud, Security, Modern Workplace)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Backup- und Recovery-Strategien
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Server-, Client- und Cloud-Systemen
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie System-Reports
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Serverlandschaften, Active Directory und Exchange
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure und modernen Cloud-Technologien
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Grundkenntnisse in Linux sind von Vorteil
