  • Be an early applicant, * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Servern sowie hybriden Microsoft-Umgebungen (On-Premise & Cloud)
  • Betreuung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365, Azure und Exchange (Online & On-Premise)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs inkl. Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd/3rd Level Support
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Endpoint Security, Firewalls, Authentifizierung)
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen und Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten (Cloud, Security, Modern Workplace)
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Backup- und Recovery-Strategien
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Server-, Client- und Cloud-Systemen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie System-Reports

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Serverlandschaften, Active Directory und Exchange
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure und modernen Cloud-Technologien
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in Linux sind von Vorteil
