Job description

Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets sowie verständliche Aufbereitung von Lösungen

  • Einrichtung und Vorbereitung von Notebooks und PCs (Windows, Software und Benutzerkonten)
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Softwareinstallationen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld
  • Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
  • Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten in Verwaltung und Produktion

Requirements

Du bist eingeschriebener Student, idealerweise im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Clients sowie Basiswissen im Bereich Netzwerke
  • Interesse an IT-Support, Client-Management und technischen Abläufen
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Lösen technischer Probleme
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Support sind von Vorteil
  • Eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 oder Client-Management-Systemen sind von Vorteil
