Service Delivery Senior Applications Consultant

OverviewIn this role you will support and optimize QAD’s cloud ERP services for manufacturing clients.You’ll join a global support team, working remotely with travel to Barcelona, to analyze issues, apply technical assessments, and deliver tested solutions.You will guide junior colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously learn to handle diverse customer needs.This position emphasizes hands-on problem solving, process adherence, and cross?functional collaboration to ensure successful service delivery.ResponsabilidadesAnalyze customer-reported issues and provide timely, technically sound solutionsPerform technical verification and triage using product specsReplicate issues in non-production environments and create detailed test steps for customer testingMonitor incoming issues and ensure adherence to Service Delivery processesConsult senior consultants on standard product behavior and known limitationsTrain and mentor junior team memberscontinuously learn new concepts and participate in designated training to enhance skillsRequisitos principalesGraduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields4 to 6 years of experience in customer support operationsDesktop management skills and knowledge of QAD technologies, platforms and languages (Progress, Java, HTML, XML, scripting)SQL/database management knowledgeStrong analytical and functional skills with good business understandingExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical thinkingClear communicationCollaborative mindsetProgressOpen Source technologiesScripting
