Para un importante cliente del sector seguros, buscamos IT Project manager , el trabajo es hibrido (1 día presencial en la oficina de Calle Emilio Vargas Madrid o en Cornellá Barcelona ), ofrecemos contrato indefinido con nosotros.Expertise :Project management expertiseEstablishing and managing the communication plan; Managing the standard components of a project: planning, budget, scope, resources; Ensuring that the scopes of the projects are well defined and control scope changes; Ensuring timely completion of the project; Ensuring that the project is completed within allotted budget; Distributing projectinformation with appropriate reporting; Identifying, analyzing, and properly respond to project risks; Managing a project according to the client project lifecycle process.Service will require Stakeholder management :Identifying, understanding the relevant stakeholders; Managing the expectations and agreed the objectives with the program or project stakeholders; Reporting with the relevant frequency the right information to the stakeholders; Change Management :Establishing the process, tools and techniques to manage the organizational change to achieve a required business outcome; Service will requirecustomer needs analysis; Identifying and analyzing the customer needs for the project or program; Formulating the needs and asking questions to the customer even if they were not formally expressed; Understanding and setting the process to analysis needs; Third party management :Managing the interactions with all external parties to deliver what is expected; Quality management :Ensuring the project or program is delivered with the expected quality levels.Technical ExpertiseService will require Project management expertiseService will require Project management certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2, …); Service will requireAgile methodology (e.G. SCRUM or equivalent) -advantageService will require Process improvement certification (e.G.
